Supplies needed:

• • • 1/2 cup dry white wine
    • 4 cup chicken stock
    • crock pot
    • 12 oz. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1″ pieces
    • 12 oz. potatoes, cut into 1/2″ pieces
    • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 1/2 cup half-and=half
    • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
    • 4 oz. cream cheese, cut into small pieces
    • 1 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
    • 1 cup corn kernels (frozen)
    • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
    • Salt & pepper
    • chopped parsley
