School Age Children Supports

Supporting families with children ages three through high school. 

A child is eligible for supports if they:

  • Are age 3 to 5 and have documented delays in at least two areas of development
  • Are age 3 to 16 with a documented disability and COEDI (Children's Ohio Eligibility Determination Instrument) assessment
  • Are 16 through high school with a developmental disability and OEDI (Ohio Eligibility Determination Instrument) assessment

Once eligibility has been determined, some of the supports available are:

  • Service Coordination (SSA)
  • Family Directed Resources (FDR)
  • Behavior Supports Consultation
  • Psychological Consultation
  • Waivers
